One is before the Sanctuary the others appear in Amulvaro's Observatory

Owl King is the first boss in the game he also appears as a standard enemy later.
Though his appearance is intimidating he's actually a simple boss fight.
When you kill the one in Upper Amulvaro's Observatory it leaves a debuff on you that makes healing use 2 feathers
